2. Support hours

Support is available 07:00 – 22:00 daily (GMT+7). Messages outside these hours are answered as soon as we are back.

3. Response time

We aim to reply within 15–30 minutes on WhatsApp/Zalo/phone during support hours, and within 24 hours by email/form.

4. Languages

Vietnamese and English. For other languages we provide basic support by message.

5. Support on tour day
